clean bathroom nice beds
I found a fan in the room it was considerate. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I found the room clean with nice beds and bedding. a clean bathroom.
The stairs were quite steep. This was something of a challenge.

central location tea coffee practical addition frayed carpets moldy frame grimy bathroom
the location is indeed central. it made access to various points of interest convenient. my room included a kettle, along with tea and coffee. i found this addition quite practical.
i noticed the carpets looked frayed and unclean. the windows had old frames with some mold. the bathroom was a bit grimy , also the shower curtain needed cleaning.

The spacious room provided ample space, a very welcome feature. i was happy to find a kettle and condiments available. Such a thoughtful touch.

great assistance easy guest
The staff helped me greatly. They assisted with all my needs despite my complicated journey. i intend to book with them again. i plan to be an easier guest next time.
the hotel exhibits multiple instances of existing damage. the care seems lacking, and the style is noticeably outdated.

The facility provides complimentary water, i found it readily available and quite sufficient. the wi-fi service worked without issues. It allowed for smooth browsing. the check-in process was very friendly.

The location is supremely central, a definite advantage for exploring. it is close to the main attractions. the hotel is easy to find. It made arrival simple and straightforward.

The double room was a good size. It afforded enough space to move around. tea and coffee facilities are very clean. I found them convenient for a quick beverage. the bed was comfortable

high street central location spacious room
The hotel is on the high street. The location made it easy to access many places.. I found the room to be spacious and clean.
There were several holes in the walls and some sockets were not working.

torn carpets dirty bathroom
The state of the stairs was awful. the carpets were ripped and torn, a total hazard! also, the bathroom was not clean at all. There was definitely a layer of grime everywhere. the overall lack of upkeep was disappointing. I expected better, especially for what i paid.
